Well, I am a solopreneur. That means you’ll work directly with me. Only in very specific cases of high-level video editing and animations or custom illustrations I invoke the help of a partnered designer.

Once subscribed to the monthly or quarterly plan, add as many requests as you like to the queue. The deliverables will be delivered one by one.  As an experiment, I offer a pay-per-request type of deal. You’ll be able to push requests and pay for them as you go. Mind you, the monthly or quarterly plans have much more bang for your money.

On average, most requests are completed in two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer and this will be indicated on the task request.

I work with Notion to handle requests. Designs are in Adobe or Figma. For SEO, I use Ahref or Semrush. If stock assets I use, I licence them through Envato Elements. Dashboards are made in the tools you prefer. My favorite on is Databox. I love Zapier for marketing automation and Loom for briefings.

In most cases, I create a private notion for you to add requests. If it can be added to the Notion, it is a valid request. Some common ways clients do requests is directly via Notion, sharing Google docs, or by recording a brief Loom video.
